Terms and Conditions
To confirm your booking a deposit of 1st night’s accommodation is due.
Balance is then payable 14 days prior to arrival. If your booking is made within 14 days of arrival, we require full payment at time of booking.
On arrival, guests are required to provide photo identification ie Drivers Licence or Passport and a valid credit card.
All apartments, patios, balconies and common areas are strictly non-smoking
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
Each apartment has been allocated according to the number of guests booked for that room. Extra persons known to be staying in the apartment will be charged accordingly.
As we are situated in a residential area, noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm
No parties are allowed in any of our apartments.
Noise complaints will be dealt with a no tolerance policy and guests causing disruption will be asked to leave – no refunds will be given if you are asked to leave the property.
Any excess cleaning and/or damages to the apartment will be the responsibility of the person whose name is on the booking. Charges will apply.
We have a strict no pets policy except for registered guide or assistance dogs with relevant paperwork.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or date changes are subject to 14 days’ notice.
Any cancellation within 14 days of arrival – your booking is non-refundable.
EARLY DEPARTURES & NO SHOWS. No refunds will be given if you decide to depart early or if you do not show up for your booking.
